No Refund Policy for Custom Art & Jewelry – Orfinart

At Orfinart, every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to reflect your unique vision. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we maintain a strict no refund policy on all custom orders.

Custom Orders (All Sales Final)
All custom art and jewelry pieces are made specifically for you based on your selections, requests, and approvals. Because of this, once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Design Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details (including size, materials, stones, finishes, and any personalization) before production begins. Orfinart is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from approved design choices.

Non-Refundable Deposits
If a deposit is required to begin your custom piece, it is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers design time, materials sourcing, and initial labor.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly assess the issue and offer a repair or replacement if deemed necessary. This does not qualify for a refund.

Repairs & Adjustments
We want you to love your piece. Minor adjustments or repairs may be offered at our discretion. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the request.

By placing an order with Orfinart, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
